STEP BY STEP
01 CLIENT MEETING
Our point of difference is that we come to you. We'll discuss your space and requirements, and discuss the solutions best suited for your needs. If you are in the process of renovating or if the home under construction we can arrange a visit with your site's project manager.
02 THE PROPOSAL
Armed with your requirements we put together a detailed, visual proposal highlighting the technology and design. If it's a new build, we'll show you how this fits into your plans. We'll revise and finalise the plan based on your feedback.
03 DESIGN
Once the quote is accepted it is then forwarded to our draftsman who will do two sets of drawings, one for cables and another for wiring. This process is a safeguard ensuring that the system design is 100% correct, and it makes installation a breeze.
04 INSTALL
Fit-out. This is where it all comes together - we install the equipment to our planned design and program your system to work for your requirements.
05 HANDOVER
We will walk you through the operation of the system so that you are 100% comfortable using the equipment. Plus if you have any questions within 90 days, we'll come out for a free follow-up service.
